I had an incredible lunch at this Mexican restaurant! I ordered the chicken fajita, and it was absolutely perfect. The chicken was cooked to perfection with a nice char and was well-seasoned—just the right amount without being overly salted. The onions were caramelized and combined perfectly with the green and red bell peppers. Every bite was delicious. To top it off, the horchata was outstanding. Smooth, sweet, and refreshing, it complemented the meal wonderfully. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and delightful dining experience!

We had a great experience here! Right off the freeway and right next to the hotel we stayed at - Holiday Inn Express. The food was really good, and came out SO fast. Delicious guacamole. The kids menu had meals for 4 on Sundays!

El Paraiso was a busy place for s snowy Wednesday night. The restaurant was full capacity, and reason was simply; great food and excellent service. The food was traditional, authentic, & flavorful. The service was welcoming, friendly, and quick. Impressive drink menu and good selection of desserts. Easy on/off from I-5. Must try Mexican restaurant.

Food was incredible, I had shrimp and they know how to cook it right. Both our meals were perfect. Next time we are in Ashland we will be back.

We had a nice Mexican meal in Ashland. The weather was great, we ate outside in the covered patio. The food and Margaritas were very good.
